Tuition & Course Refund Policy

1. General Principles
SIITE Campus aims to provide flexible, accessible higher education. Course fees cover academic tuition, learning resources, physical lab access, software licensing, and convocation arrangement costs.
2. Withdrawal Prior to Batch Commencement
If a registered student submits a formal written request for withdrawal at least 7 days prior to the official batch start date, the course tuition fee is eligible for an 80% refund (20% retained for administrative and registration processing).
3. Withdrawal After Classes Begin
Due to faculty scheduling and reserved classroom capacity, once lectures have commenced, tuition fees are non-refundable. However, students experiencing genuine medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances may apply for a Batch Transfer to pause and resume their studies with a subsequent intake without re-paying tuition.
4. Program Cancellation by Institute
In the rare event that SIITE Campus cancels or reschedules a scheduled program intake, enrolled students will be offered a full 100% refund of all paid fees or immediate priority placement into an alternate batch.
