- Conducting examinations, issuing official transcripts, and preparing BMICH Convocation award lists.
- Communicating critical campus notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

We employ industry-standard encryption, SSL transmission protocols, and restricted administrative databases to safeguard all student transcripts and personal files against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

SIITE Campus does not sell or lease student information to commercial third parties. Academic data is only shared with official certification authorities, UGC partner universities for dual-badged awards, or when required by statutory law in Sri Lanka.
